かきとベーコンのねぎ炒め
レシピ:
- かきは塩水でよく洗い、熱湯でさっとゆでて取り出す
- ベーコンは1cm幅に切る。ねぎも1cm幅の斜め切りにする。
- フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、ベーコンとネギを強火で炒め、牡蠣としょうゆ大さじ1、酒小さじ2、こしょう少々を加え、手早く炒める。
