きんぴらごぼう
レシピ:
- ごぼうは皮をこそげ、5cm長さの細切りにし、水にさらしてアクを抜く。
- にんじんは皮をむき、5cm長さの細切りにする。
- 鍋にごま油とたかのつめを熱し、香りが出たところでゴボウとニンジンを加えて炒める。
- しょうゆ、みりんと水大さじ3を加え、混ぜながら汁気がなくなるまで炒り煮する。
- 器に盛りつけ、白ごまをふる。
