さばのみそ煮
レシピ:
- 火通りをよくするため、また破れるのを防ぐために切り込みを2か所ほど浅く斜めに入れる:霜降りをして、血合いやぬめりを洗い落とす:生姜は皮をむいて2㎜ほどの少し厚めの輪切り:水、酒、砂糖、生姜を入れて鍋を中火にかけ、沸いたら皮を上にしてさばを並べ入れる。:沸いたらアクをすくい取り一度火を止める。:みそを煮汁で溶かして加え、中火にかけます。:沸騰させて鍋を火から外して１時間以上冷ます:中火にかけ、沸いてきたらキャベツで落し蓋をして火を弱め10分ほど煮詰め、そこから落し蓋を取って5分前後さらに煮詰める:白髪ねぎを添える
