たらとごぼうのトマト煮
レシピ:
- たら切り身は4等分して、塩、こしょう各少々をふり、薄力粉をまぶし、余分な粉をはたく。
- ごぼうは皮をこそげて乱切りにし、酢水にさらす。
- わけぎまたは長ネギは根元を切って2cm長さに切る。
- フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、たらの表面に焼き色がつく程度に焼き、取り出す。
- 同じフライパンでのごぼうとわけぎを炒め、塩、こしょうを少々ふる。
- ホールトマトを手でつぶしながら加え、たらも加え、10分煮る。
- しょうゆ小さじ1程度で味を調え、器に盛りつける。
