なすとピーマンのみそ炒め
レシピ:
- 豚バラ肉大きめのひと口,ピーマンは種を取り除いて、縦に1㎝幅ほどに切る。
- なすは、大きさをそろえて乱切りにして、5分ほど水にさらしてアクを抜く。
- みそだれを事前にボウルに合わせる。 赤みそ 大さじ2,酒 大さじ2
- フライパンで豚肉を炒め、両面をさっと焼いたらなすを加える。
- なすを入れたら、全体に火が通るようにして、表面が色づきはじめたらピーマンを加える。
- ピーマンに火が通ったら、みそだれを入れ、全体を混ぜ合わせてから3分ほど弱火で煮詰める。
