なすの煮物
レシピ:
- なすはヘタを切り落とし、縦に浅く5㎜間隔で切り込みを入れ、水に入れてアクを抜く。
- ちょうどなすが隙間なくうまる鍋に、だし汁200ml、みりん大さじ2、しょうゆ大さじ1、砂糖大さじ1、塩ひとつまみ、を合わせて煮立たせる。
- なすを入れて、落とし蓋をし、20〜30分ほど煮る。
- おろし生姜を添えて盛り付け。冷やしてもおいしい。
