ふきと豚バラ肉の炒め煮
レシピ:
- ふきを鍋に入る長さに切り、塩をふって板ずりをする。
- ふきを熱湯で１分ゆで、冷水に取り、筋を取り除き、３ｃｍ長さの斜め切りにする。
- フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、たかのつめを焦がさないように炒め、豚肉も炒める。
- 豚肉の色が変わってきたら、ふきを加えて炒める。
- 酒大さじ２を加えて炒め、しょうゆ大さじ１を入れて汁気がなくなるまで炒め煮にする。
