ふきのおひたし
レシピ:
- ふきは鍋の幅に合わせて切り、塩をまぶして板ずりをしてから、太さに応じて3～5分ほどゆで、ゆであがったものから氷水に取り、皮をむく。
- ふきの水気を取って、5㎝ほどの食べやすい長さに切る。
- ふき、だし汁、しょうゆを容器に入れ、2時間以上冷蔵庫で味をなじませる。
- 汁をかけて、かつお節を盛り付ける。
