ふきのゆで方
レシピ:
- 湯をたっぷり沸かす。
- 一番大きな鍋またはフライパンを用意し、ギリギリ入る長さで切る。
- 塩をたっぷりかけて板ずりする。
- 塩がついたままのふきを入れ、太さに応じて3～5分ゆでる。ゆで上がった順に氷水にとる。
- 太い方から皮をむき、反対側からむき残しをとる。
- 水につけたまま冷蔵し、毎日水を取り替えて5日ほど日持ちする。
