ふきの葉みそ
レシピ:
- 湯を沸かし、ふきの葉を5分くらい茹でて、水に取り、水気を絞って、細かく刻む。
- みそ大さじ2杯、砂糖小さじ2/3杯、みりん小さじ1杯半を混ぜ合わせる。
- フライパンにごま油大さじ1/2杯を熱し、混ぜ合わせたみそを加えて練り上げるように混ぜ、
- みそと油がまざったら、刻んだふきの葉を加え、水気がなくなるまで混ぜる。
