イワシのマリネ
レシピ:
- いわしを手開きにして皮をむき、塩をして、海水程度の塩水に漬け、冷蔵庫で1時間寝かせる。
- いわしを水洗いして塩を流し、水気を切り。
- 容器にいわしを並べ、スライスしたニンニク、ローリエをおいて最後に薄切りしたタマネギを敷く
- マリネ液（バルサミコ酢、オリーブ油、レモン汁、粗挽き黒胡椒、鷹の爪）をかけて冷蔵庫で1時間～一晩寝かせる。
- 皿に盛り付け、イタリアンパセリと松の実を散らす。
