カスタードクリーム
レシピ:
- 鍋に牛乳と砂糖の一部を入れ、沸騰寸前まで加熱。お好みでバニラエッセンスを加える。
- 卵黄に残りの砂糖を加え、白くもったりするまで良く混ぜる。
- もったりしてきたら、ふるにかけておいた薄力粉を一気に加え、卵と馴染むまでしっかり混ぜ合わせる。
- 加熱した牛乳を少しずつ加える。
- 牛乳を加えた生地を、裏漉し。
- 裏漉しした生地を鍋に戻し、中火～弱火の間くらいで加熱。加熱している間は、絶えずかき混ぜる。
- 全体が固まってきたら弱火にして、しっかりかき混ぜる。持ち上げたときに、スルスルと流れ落ちるくらい。
