フライパンローストチキン
レシピ:
- 鶏肉は、30分ぐらい、常温にもどしておく.。
- 鶏肉の骨に沿って、切れ目を入れる。
- 鶏肉に塩・コショウをふり、みじん切りにしたニンニクとローズマリーをまぶす。
- フライパンにオリーブ油を回し入れ、火にかける。
- フライパンが温まらないうちに、鶏肉を皮目を下にしてのせ、鶏肉に重石をのせ、4分ほど焼く。
- 鶏肉の皮目に焼き色がついたら、フタをして、1分ほど蒸し焼きにする。
- ひっくり返さず、全体に火が通ったらできあがり。
