大根の皮のきんぴら
レシピ:
- 大根の皮を皮を厚くむく。繊維にそって5㎜幅の棒状に切る。
- しょうゆ 大さじ1と1/2, 砂糖 大さじ1, 酒 大さじ1/2の調味料を合わせる。
- フライパンにごま油を入れて中火で熱し、大根の皮と唐辛子を入れる。
- 大根に透明感が出るくらい3分ほどしっかり炒める。
- 合わせた調味料を加える。
- 焦げ付かないように混ぜながら、調味料がなくなるまでしっかり煮詰める。
