春菊のごま和え
レシピ:
- ニンジンは棒状に切って、そのままあるいは塩ゆで
- 春菊はよく洗ってから、お湯を沸かして、茎、葉の順に入れ、1分ほどゆでて冷水に取る
- 春菊は軽くしぼってから5㎝幅に切り、和える前にもう一度水気をしぼる
- すり鉢にごま（大さじ1）を入れて半分ほど粒が残るくらいにすり、調味料（醤油小さじ1、砂糖小さじ1/2）を加え、ヘラなどでしっかり混ぜる
- 春菊とニンジンを和える
