生たらの煮つけ
レシピ:
- たらはさっと水洗いし、水気をふき取る。
- 春菊は長さを３等分くらいに切る。
- 鍋にしょうゆ大さじ２みりん 大さじ３酒 大さじ３水 1/2カップを入れて煮立て、たらを加えて中火にし、煮汁をかけながら煮る。
- たらに火が通ったら春菊を加え、しんなりするまで煮て盛りつけ、ゆずの皮のせん切りをちらす。
