白身魚のホイル蒸し
レシピ:
- トマトは湯むきして、種を取り、みじん切りにする。
- ベーコンはみじん切りにする。
- ブロッコリーは、さっとゆでる。
- トマト、ベーコン、玉ねぎ、しょうゆを混ぜ合わせる。
- 白身魚に塩、こしょうをしてアルミホイルにのせ、（４）をかけ、（３）をすみに入れて包む。
- フライパンで１０分ほど蒸し焼きにし、包みを開いて青ねぎをふる。
