納豆キャベツ 梅きゅうり添え
レシピ:
- キャベツは芯を取り、せん切りにする。ラップでふんわりと包み、電子レンジ（６００Ｗ）で約５０秒加熱する。
- きゅうりはめん棒などでたたいてひびを入れ、食べやすい大きさに手で割る。
- 梅干しは種を取って細かくちぎる。納豆は添付のたれを加えて混ぜる。
- 器にキャベツを盛り、きゅうり、梅肉、納豆をのせ、ごま油を回しかけ、全体を混ぜながらいただく。
