芹菜炒牛肉
レシピ:
- 肉の下準備をする・牛ヒレ肉の筋をしっかりとる
- ・牛ヒレ肉を横からスライスし、スライスした肉を細かく細切りにする。
- ・細切りにした牛ヒレ肉にしょうゆを入れて手で混ぜる。
- ・さらにといだ卵を入れて混ぜ、片栗粉入れて手で混ぜる。
- ・15分ほど味をしみ込ませる。
- ・セロリを一口サイズに切る。赤唐辛子も細切りにする。
- ・生姜、ニンニクは細かく刻んでおく。
- ・片栗粉を水で溶かし、料理酒を入れ、白コショウを適量入れ、しょうゆを入れて味付けタレを作る。
- ・別途、片栗粉を水で溶かしておく。
- ・牛肉を炒める前に油を少しいれて牛肉をほぐす。
- ・フライパンに油を入れて、牛肉に火を通す
- ・フライパンを中火にして、生姜、ニンニク、赤唐辛子、豆板醤を入れて香りを出す。
- ・セロリを入れて強火で炒める。
- ・セロリがしなってきたら、牛肉を入れ、炒める。
- ・作っておいたタレを入れて、最後に溶いた片栗粉を入れて完成！
