レシピ:
- 大根とにんじんは5cmx1cmx2mm短冊切りまたは5㎜厚さ半月切りやいちょう切り、ごぼうは小さめの乱切りにして水にさらし、じゃがいもは1cm厚さのいちょう切りにし、水にさらす。
- 野菜と肉を数分炒める。
- だし汁と酒を入れて火にかけ、煮立ったらアクをひき、蓋をして弱火で7分煮る。
- 野菜に火が通ったらみそを溶かしいれ、しょうゆで味をととのえ、再び煮立ったら火を止めて器によそう。
