野菜スティックサラダ
レシピ:
- じゃがいもは皮をむいて1〜1.5㎝幅のくし切りや、1㎝角ほどの棒状に切る。
- にんじんの皮をむいて、食べやすい長さに切って縦6〜8等分ほどに切る。
- 鍋に水と塩少々、じゃがいもとにんじんを入れて火にかけ、野菜に火が通るまでゆでてざる上げ。
- きゅうりは両端を切り落として、食べやすい長さに切ってから縦4等分
- セロリは筋を包丁もしくはピーラーでむき取り、同じく食べやすい長さ、太さに切る。
- 大根は皮をむいて縦に置き、繊維にそって食べやすい太さになるよう、三角か棒状に切る
