鶏レバーのしぐれ煮
レシピ:
- 鶏レバーは大きめのひと口大に切り分け、水に流して汚れや血の塊を取り除く
- 生姜は皮をむいてせん切り
- 鍋にレバー、生姜、水、酒、しょうゆを入れる。
- 鍋を中火かけて、沸いたら火加減を少し落としてアクをすくい取る
- 煮汁が沸くぐらいの弱火で、15～20分煮詰める
