鶏肉とセロリのスープ
レシピ:
- 鶏もも肉は小さめのひと口大に切る。
- セロリは斜め薄切りに、玉ねぎとパプリカは薄切りにする。
- キャベツは2cm角のざく切りにする。
- 鍋に水500ml、鶏肉、セロリの葉を入れて火にかけ、煮立ったらセロリの葉を取り除き、玉ねぎ、パプリカ、キャベツを加える。
- 火が通ったら生しょうゆと白こしょうで味を調え、火を止める。
