いかのマリネ
レシピ:
- いかは皮をむき、１.５ｃｍの輪切りにする。
- 玉ねぎは粗みじんに切る。トマトは皮を湯むきし、種を取り、１ｃｍ角に切る。
- セロリも筋を取り１ｃｍ角に切る。
- バジルは粗みじんに、パセリはみじん切りにする。
- 赤唐辛子は種を取り、小口切りにする。
- バットに レモン(絞り汁)1/2個分 白ワイン大さじ２ 酢大さじ４ 塩 少々 うすくちしょうゆ 大さじ１ こしょう 少々
- エキストラバージンオリーブオイル 、たかのつめを入れて混ぜ、マリネ液をつくる。
- いかを熱湯に入れ、さっとゆで、マリネ液に漬ける。
- 野菜も一緒に漬け込み、しばらくおき味をなじませる。
