レシピ:
- かきは流水で洗い、水気をふいて片栗粉を薄くまぶす。
- 豆腐は6等分し、片栗粉を薄くまぶす。春菊はざく切りにする。ねぎは白い部分を縦に細切りにする。
- 鍋にだし汁１カップ、しょうゆ大さじ２、酒大さじ１を合わせ、豆腐と春菊を入れて火にかけ
- 沸騰したら牡蠣を入れ
- 火が通ったら器に盛りつけ、ネギをのせる。
