なすのしそマリネ
レシピ:
- マリネ液は、しょうゆ:ワインビネガー:エキストラバージンオリーブオイル=1:1:2を混ぜて作る。
- なすは斜め1cm幅に切り、2%食塩水に漬けて浮かないように皿をのせ、15分おいて水気をふく。
- フライパンにオリーブ油を熱し、ナスの両面を焼き、熱いうちにマリネ液に漬ける。
