サンマとすだちのみそ汁
レシピ:
- さんまは頭と尾を切り落とし、内臓を取り除いて幅3cmにぶつ切りにする。
- 流水で血合いなどを洗い、ざるに並べて熱湯をまわしかけて水気をきる。
- 長ねぎは斜め切りに、すだちは薄切りにする。
- 鍋に水300㎖を沸かし、さんまと長ねぎを加えて煮込む。
- 火が通ったらみそ大さじ2を混ぜ溶かす。
- お椀によそい、すだちを浮かべる。
