小松菜とかきのさっと煮
レシピ:
- かきは片栗粉少々をやさしくもみこみ、ざるに入れて流水でていねいに洗い、水気をきる。
- 小松菜はざく切りにする。
- 鍋にしょうゆ大さじ１、酒大さじ１、水１カップを入れて火にかける。
- ひと煮立ちしたら小松菜を入れ、１分ほどそのまま煮る。
- 牡蠣を加えて火を通し、器に盛りつける。
