枝豆のゆで方
レシピ:
- 茎につながる先端部分をはさみで少し切り落とす
- 枝豆はさっと洗ってから水気を切ってボウルに移し、塩を枝豆にふりかける。手で強く握るように塩もみ。
- 水と塩を加えて沸騰させ、沸いたら塩がついたままの枝豆を入れる。ゆで時間は4〜5分。
- 水っぽくなるので、水につけて冷ましてはいけない。
