牛肉、アスパラ、いんげんのしょうゆ炒め
レシピ:
- 牛肉はひと口大に切って、しょうゆ、オイスターソース、砂糖、こしょうをまぶし、ごま油も混ぜる。
- アスパラガスは根元のほうの皮を薄くむき、5cm長さに切り、さらに縦半分に切る。さやいんげんは筋を取って長さを半分に切る。
- フライパンを熱してサラダ油をなじませ、アスパラとさやいんげんをさっと炒め、水1/4カップと塩少々を入れて蓋をし、中火で1分加熱してざるにあけて水気をきる。
- 新たにサラダ油を熱し、牛肉を炒め、火が通ったらのアスパラといんげんをフライパンに戻し、炒め合わせて器に盛りつける。
