豚肉とピーマンの細切り炒め
レシピ:
- ソース: しょうゆ小さじ2 オイスターソース小さじ2 酒大さじ1 片栗粉小さじ1 砂糖小さじ1/2 水大さじ1
- 豚肉、ピーマンは細切り。縦に切って、幅3mm程度に横に切っていく。繊維を切るので火を通すと柔らかい食感になる。
- フライパンにサラダ油を中火で熱し、しょうがを香りが出るまで炒める。
- 豚肉を炒め、火が通ったらピーマンも加える。
- 強火にし、ソース合わせてまわし入れ、手早く炒める。
