- 材料
- 卵 1個
- サラダ油 150cc
- 塩 小さじ1
- 酢 大さじ1と1/2
- コショウ 少々

- 卵は常温に戻しておきます。
- フードプロセッサーに卵、塩、コショウ、酢を入れ10秒くらい回します。
- 卵と酢がしっかり混ざり合ったら、サラダ油を少しずつ入れていきます。
- ※我が家のフードプロセッサーは、蓋に小さな穴が開いているので、そこからサラダ油を流し込みながら、50秒くらい回しました。
- 完成
- プルン！としたマヨネーズの完成です。
