いわしの梅煮
レシピ:
- いわしは頭とわたを取り、水洗いして水気をふく。
- しょうがは皮つきのまま薄切り。梅干しは種を取る。
- 鍋に 酒 1/4カップ、砂糖 大さじ2、しょうゆ 大さじ2、酢 大さじ1、水 1カップを合わせて火にかけ、煮立ったらしょうが、梅干しを入れ、いわしを並べる。落とし蓋をして沸騰したら弱火で煮含める。火を止めてそのまま冷まし、味を含ませる。
