なすの肉みそ炒め
レシピ:
- なすは縦半分に切り、1cm幅の斜め切りにし、サラダ油をまぶす。
- ねぎは縦半分に切ってから斜めに切る。
- フライパンにサラダ油をひき、鶏ひき肉、みそ、みりん、しょうゆを入れてよく混ぜ、中火でひき肉がパラパラになるまで炒める。
- ナスとネギを入れてひと混ぜし、蓋をして３～４分蒸し焼きにする。
- 大きく混ぜながら炒め合わせ、片栗粉と水でとろみをつけ、器に盛りつけて粉山椒をふる。
