いわしのつみれ
レシピ:
- 鍋にたっぷりの熱湯を沸かす。
- いわしは手開きにして頭と皮を取り除く。
- みじん切りの生姜と塩を加えて、上下左右に包丁でたたく。
- 粘りが出るまで手で練る。
- 熱湯に、つみれにして落としてから5分ほどゆでて完成。
