キュウリとミョウガの梅味噌汁
レシピ:
- きゅうりは1/3ずつ細切り、輪切り、たたききゅうりにする。
- みょうがは輪切りにし、
- 梅干しは種を取り除く。
- 鍋にだし汁を沸かし、みそを溶かし入れたら、きゅうりとみょうがを加えてひと煮立ちさせる。
