レシピ:
- ご飯を炊く
- A:しょうゆ大さじ１みりん大さじ１を合わせたもの
- 甘酢： 酢大さじ１ 砂糖 適量
- いかは５～６ｃｍ長さの細切りにし、Aにさっと漬ける。
- きゅうりは小口切りにし、軽く塩もみ（分量外）する。わかめはざく切りにする。ともに甘酢に漬ける。
- しょうがは針しょうがにする。
- どんぶりにご飯をよそい、刻みのりをちらし、きゅうり、わかめ、のいかを盛りつけ、ショウガを添える。白ごまをふり、わさびを添え、残りの（Ａ）を適量かける。
