レシピ:
- 油を敷いたフライパンにニンニクとショウガを入れて軽く火にかけ、ヒレ肉をひっくり返しながら強火でよく焼き付けます。中まで十分に火が通らなくても大丈夫なので、しょうゆや酒、みりん、砂糖、鶏がらスープなどをすべてフライパンに入れて中火で15分蒸し焼きにします。15分後にフライパンのふたを開けてそのまま煮詰めましょう。そのまま火からおろしたら粗熱をとります。粗熱がとれたら薄くスライスしてキャベツの上に盛り付けましょう。
