長ねぎのマリネ
レシピ:
- ねぎは、味のしみ込みをよくするため、白い部分に１本浅く切り込みを入れ、5㎝幅に切る。フライパンにサラダ油かオリーブ油を熱し、ねぎを炒める。
- マリネ液: 昆布だし 大さじ6、酢 大さじ3、オリーブ油 大さじ1、砂糖 大さじ1、塩 小さじ2/3、黒粒こしょう 5粒
- 火の通ったものから取り出してマリネ液に漬け込み、２時間以上味をなじませる。
