いり豆腐とトマトときぬさやのみそ汁
レシピ:
- 絹さやはすじを取り、トマトは小さめの一口大に切る。卵は溶いておく。
- 鍋にごま油を入れて熱し、木綿豆腐を手で崩しながら入れて木べらで炒めたところに
- 溶き卵を加えてぽろぽろになるまで炒め合わせる。
