ゆず大根
レシピ:
- 大根は皮をむき、小さめの乱切りにする。ゆずは２等分し、さらに横に２等分にし、せん切り用の皮を少々残しておく。
- ポリ袋に大根とゆずをそのまま入れ、大根と柚子を加えて、空気を抜いて冷蔵庫に一晩おく。
- 漬けておいたゆずを外し、大根を器に盛りつけ、ゆずの皮のせん切りをちらす。
