さばとなすのピリ辛そうめん
レシピ:
- たっぷりのお湯でそうめんを茹で、冷水で手早くもみ洗いして水気を切る。
- ミニトマトの場合、ヘタを取り4等分。
- なすはヘタとガクを取り除き、縦半分に切り、1cm幅の斜め切り。ごま油で炒める。
- ボウルにめんつゆ、すりおろししょうが、豆板醤、ごま油を入れて混ぜ合わせ、さば缶を煮汁ごと入れてほぐし、トマトを加えて冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。
- 器にそうめん、トマト、ナスを盛って、しそやみょうがをのせる。
