牛肉とながいものみそバター炒め
レシピ:
- 牛肉を一口大に切り、塩、胡椒をする。
- 長芋はよく洗って、皮つきのまま半月切り。パプリカは乱切り。チンゲン菜はざく切り。
- フライパンを熱して油を入れ、牛肉を炒めて色が変わってきたら、ながいも、そしてパプリカ、チンゲンサイを炒めあわせる。
- みそ、酒、しょうゆを混ぜ合わせて入れ、味を絡める。
- バターを加えて炒め合わせる。
