たらとじゃがいものオーブン焼き
レシピ:
- トマトソースをつくる。オリーブ油でにんにくと玉ねぎを炒め、トマト水煮缶詰を加え混ぜながら5分ほど煮て、しょうゆ少々を加え混ぜる。
- たら切り身は、ひと口大のそぎ切りにして、塩、こしょうをする。
- じゃがいもは皮をむき、5mm厚さに切って、塩ゆで。
- 耐熱皿にバター少々をぬり、たら、じゃがいも、、トマトソース、チーズを交互に重ね、しょうゆをふって180度のオーブンで約10分焼く。
